Transition Year was introduced in September 2014. This one year programme is designed to act as a bridge between the Junior Certificate and the Leaving Certificate. It offers students the opportunity to mature and develop into young adults. It also provides students with many learning opportunities in preparation for further and higher education and for the world of work. Students have a full and varied curriculum including sampling Leaving Certificate subjects combined with a very wide range of extra curricular activities.
