⚽ BVS GIRLS BLITZ 2026 ⚽
What a fantastic day we had here at BVS as we welcomed girls from our local Primary Schools to take part in the BVS Girls Blitz 2026!
Thankfully, the weather stayed dry, allowing for a great day of competitive games, teamwork, fun and plenty of sporting talent. It was a pleasure to welcome everyone to our school, and we sincerely thank all the schools who were able to join us.
🏆 A huge congratulations to our overall champions, St. Mary’s National School, Newtowncashel, who proudly took home the BVS Girls Blitz trophy for 2026! Well done to the team on a fantastic achievement.
Days like this would not be possible without the hard work, enthusiasm and initiative of those behind the scenes. A very special thank you to Ms. Kelly and Mr. Grant for organising the event and ensuring the day was such a success. We are also very grateful to our TY students, who helped out throughout the day and played an important part in making everything run so smoothly.
Finally, our sincere thanks to all our local Primary Schools for supporting the event and giving their pupils the opportunity to participate.
We thoroughly enjoyed having you all at BVS and are already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for the BVS Girls Blitz 2027! ⚽🏆
Well done to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a memorable one!
